1. A Huggle Hoodie
We’ve all seen the infamous Oodie, and as an owner of a gifted one, it is incredible. It is also however, pretty expensive and doesn’t ship everywhere so I’ve found an alternative on Amazon.
Soft, warm, and absolutely huge, it’s hard to feel stressed when you’re basically wearing a hug.

If you’re shopping for someone who likes to escape the world in a book, you can’t go past the new Kindle Paperwhite.
I’ve recently upgraded to this model and can’t recommend it enough. It’s waterproof, light, has days of screen on battery life, and holds hundreds of books.
It also features a lit anti glare screen so it’s perfect for reading outside in the sun, or on bed with the lights off without straining your eyes. What more could you ask for?
3. A weighted blanket
Weighted Blankets are shown to reduce anxiety and improve relaxation, making them a perfect gift for someone with anxiety! The weight you purchase depends on the person, so I’ve found blankets with various weights here.
